從事關節外科的臨床和基礎研究。手術技術精湛，是華南地區屈指可數的可為患者實施微創直接前路人工全髖關節置換手術和保留后交叉韌帶的膝關節表面置換手術的外科醫生之一，關節置換手術量超過200臺年。內外雙修，擅長通過科研解決臨床問題，并結合臨床開展開展臨床隨訪或基礎科研，每年發表SCI論文2-5篇。
